Fantastic great pumpkin hat for halloween fir smaller dogs

It's super small and doesn't fit a small dog like in the photo.

Delivery 2 weeks to Ukraine, to the Epizentrum parcel terminal. The quality is satisfactory, but it doesn't hold well on the head because it's tight.

I thought it was a hat, but it's a headband that falls off.
